Bob Danielson's 40th birthday happened to coincide with the release of "Balince A Collection", a now highly collectible compilation of Marty's work both solo and with his bands that Bob co produced with Trish Robbins. Bob said, "Marty was kind enough to let me share the stage with him for a couple of songs. This was a special evening for many reasons, one being it was Robin Sylvester's (Ratdog) first gig with Marty's Wolfpack band that included Kerry Kearney, Aviva Maloney and Karen Deal. This all went down at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on March 7, 1990."
